I would recommend nobody to resign unless you have an offer in hand. The entire IT industry is on a slowdown and none of the big players are recruiting unless there is an urgent need. Moreover, tcs sucks but at least it is safe under the current scenario if a job and salary is really critical for you and your family. If possible, revisit your strategy and if you don't get a job by 89 days, pls withdraw your resignation.
