Please read it!!

Currently in final year at a tier 2 college, I’ve worked hard to learn advanced web development and am now exploring Generative AI. I’ve completed two internships in the software development field in my third year.

Now, in my final year, I haven’t received any offers—neither for an internship nor a full-time position. It feels like bad luck and tough times always find their way to me. Still, two weeks ago, I gathered myself, holding onto hope, and traveled 500 km to Gurgaon just for interviews with a company, thinking the high selection rate. But I’ve been on HOLD now.

At this point, I’m seriously seeking an internship or job. Even if the stipend is low, I’m desperate for an opportunity—preferably in my field, but I’m open to working in any field.

I just want a chance to prove to my family that I can do well.

I'd like to add, something my current CEO said to improve on my resume, which I also noticed in yours.

Add/Highlight more numbers, also there are no business cases present that you have solved. Try to come up with a business case you made a contribution to during your internships, also highlight the core technologies you have used in the bullets for the internships.

Finally, this is just a personal nitpick, feel free to ignore this. Your resume says at the top that you're a software engineer, but your main work/project seems frontend and design related. I'm not that familiar with either of those fields as I'm a pure python backend, but understanding your resume was jarring to me, as the expectation mismatch had been made, I'd kindly advise to better choose a title that you will be taking forward.

Your projects look good, take care and best of luck. This market is shit but you'll prevail.

I agree with your perspective on the title. To be honest, I intentionally mentioned "Software Engineer" at the top to ensure my resume passes most ATS checks. Many big tech companies include software engineer-related details in their job descriptions, so using this keyword improves the chances of my resume matching their criteria.

Regarding the business case study, I currently have no idea with it. Thank you for pointing this out—I’ll definitely consider adding it to my resume.

I’ve already included numbers and the tech stack used during my internships, but I realize they’re not highlighted enough. I’ll work on emphasizing them.

If there are any openings in your team or company, whether in tech or non-tech fields, please let me know. I’d be grateful for the opportunity :)
