Please read and offer me advice

I graduated from one of the new IITs in 2023 and working in paytm as sde since 9 months. The future looks bleak here. the work culture here is miserable and I am not able to get my team changed. On top of that the work I am getting here is really boring and bad and I will not get any job from this work experience. I am more interested in backend development but getting work here in HTML, CSS and Javascript. That is it. No frameworks nothing. Little bit of python work in django. That's it. I am extremely worried that my growth will be hampered if I stay here for long. But the market conditions are also really bad and demotivating. What should I do? Need some advice. Looking to apply elsewhere but everyone is asking for atleast 2 years of experience. Plus paytm’s future looks pretty bleak.

If u get matching openings then go for it but I do want to caution u that very few places u will find work that u consider exciting or career making. Use ur circle or alumni to land in a good place. I think u alrdy hv enuf reasons to make the jump, don’t worry where u land from now

Keep trying to switch, don't go after a hike. Be open to roles above 10-12 LPA in the area you want to pursue.

Once you get your first offer, you can keep negotiating for higher ones.
