Please need suggestion

Which one would be a wise and a better decision to opt as an SAP SD Consultant: DELOITTE INDIA & IBM ?? I have an offer from IBM for 13 lpa fixed, and Deloitte India for 16.5 lpa with variable. IBM is okay to adjust the salary, but I would like to work in global practice. If it would have been Deloitte USI , it wouldn’t have come to my mind. As because it’s Deloitte India, please could anyone suggest which one would be better to choose ? Really need help on this
