My project is so toxic and I'm facing mental health issues I talked with the manager for release but he is not releasing me .....so I'm planning to make a medical certificate can anyone help me how Accenture verifies a fake medical certificate and which consequences I should face if I get caught?

Fake medical certificate is dangerous and if caught, it results to immediate termination.
Instead try talk to manager's manager about mental health and want release for sure.
Btw toxic projects are becoming common. What if you switch to new project and that's 10X to current one? Just enjoy your 9hrs of work and log off. Give 100% within this time. Don't extend. Take breaks, use the vacations, earned leaves regularly. Just dedicate for what you are being paid. Even I'm putting this to practice recently and results are amazing.

This is unfortunate. You can do 2 things, fight or flight!
- Accumulate proofs against them, solid proofs, and file case with HR or POSH( because I am not sure what kind of toxicity you are facing). File case, tell them everything and get release from this project.
- Give 3 month notice period and find a new job. But make sure to find it asap, don't take more than 6 months of break, otherwise it will be reflected on your resume and it could affect your impression!
PS: Before leaving give them the taste of their own medicine 🫡😉!

Escalate to your HR ER

I would suggest doing the work at a regular pace with a cut off at work hour ends and then dont pick up any calls or take any other tasks. In the office hours start prep for new job skills that you are excited or see yourself enjoying in. Apply for those positions and leave the current position

Bro not an easy thing. Better find a new job. You take 1 month leave but that won't change the project. Or this option is a little risky. If they are listening to your problem, resign and there you can mention the toxic work environment and then you can talk to your case manager and let him know the issues. He would be able to solve those.

The case manager will make shit talks only. In recent scenarios a candidate had resigned as he got a 60%hike offer. The case manager offered him 1000 BU points if he stays without hike.

Even I'm facing same problem, as I was new to corporate, I didn't realise me giving extra efforts and now I'm regretting that. Now I've asked for mid year but as usual got a response with no budget. So I have stopped doing extra. Just doing what am getting paid for..

Don’t put fake certificates. Take that off your mind. Talk to HR directly and escalate about the manager. They will give you release. We have individual rights to reach to HR directly so know your right. Ask for release because of X reason

Don't go for fake medical certificate. Instead try hard to convince your supervisor and involve hrpa as well. Else simple options do not give ur >100% at work after work hours are over. Use lunch breaks very well and enjoy the process
