Please need clarity on this
Hi all, I received offer letter from TCS and they mentioned something like This in offer. Should I be concern about this? Will they reduce my salary post joining stating some stupid reasons? Can they do that? Please any hr can confirm this?
So far I am getting monthly personal allowance without any problem. Only quarterly performance allowance will affect with respect to office attendance
My only concern is they mentioned it may change post review that's the only thing that stopping me from accepting the offer brother. Do you think they can reduce my salary stating some stupid reasons?
Hi, received an offer from TCS and I found out that I was given grade C1 system engineer role despite having 3.2 years of experience. so should I consider this offer or reject it??? Currently Infosys my designation is associate consultant
