Please let me know how to handle 0% qva despite ODC unavailability in my deputed city. Whom should I reach out to ? What should be done next?

If your base location doesn't have odc, I'm pretty much sure that your project location must have an odc. Did your manager ever told you to report to project location instead of base location? Based on your response, I can reply to your question.

My whole state doesn't have any project ODC. My project supervisors are aware of this fact. They said they'll try and allocate a seat for me in my base location and also provided an exception to work from home until then. Still I received 0% qvp

@SincerelyAnonymous, did you check on ultimatix that your exception is raised for previous quarter? If you see the exception raised in ultimatix, you should definitely talk to HR on QVA.

Leave TCS, this attendance and QVA linking is just plain unethical. Its best to leave the company than sticking with more stupid policies to come.

You can raise exception in Ultimatix GESS and select the reason of seat unavailability. Your attendance will be counted
