Wings 1 is basically for C1 and below, and C2 and above will be enrolled under Wings2 program.

Wings 1 is very straightforward and mainly focused on technical aspects and to give a boost to the college grads.
Where as Wings2 is little complex in terms of process, this is more like a mixture of technical and associates roles/domain choices.
In terms of benefits, if you clear Wings1’s first milestone, that is Digital. You’ll get compensation in the name of “elevate incentives” and you’ll have to be in A or B performance bands or 4-5 ratings for anniversary appraisal cycle eligible associates.
For Wings2, it’s more like step by step process, which also includes interviews from the leadership team of your Units.
