Please help with the in hand salary for the below Accenture offer letter

I received the offer letter. Can someone help me with the in hand salary. Also please suggest how much variable pay I will get for Management level - 9 role.

You would get arround 1.05-1.10 monthly, and around 2-2.5 lakh as variable
