Please help to select firm as per situation

Hi guys, please suggest which firm should I join , I have 4 years of experience in frontend but don't have any work experience in ReactJs. I have done personal projects on react and have clear understanding of theory concepts, I cracked interviews on Reactjs it was but don't have much handson experience. Which firm is better in above situation if both are paying same salary. Previously worked at TCS
