Please help to decide

Hi everyone, I’m currently in a dilemma and would really appreciate your suggestions. I’ve received offers from three companies and I’m trying to decide which one to join based on long-term job security and overall stability. Here’s a quick breakdown of the offers:

  1. Nokia Networks – X (Base) + 5L Variable
  2. Standard Chartered – X + 8L (Base) + 5L Bonus
  3. Harman Connected – X + 4L (Base) + 4L Variable + 2L Joining Bonus

I’m looking beyond just the pay — more inclined towards a company where I’ll have better job security, work-life balance, and long-term growth.

Total Experience : 9 Years Profile : Sr SDET
