I'm skilled in react, but somehow after joining last year in September. I got allocated to a Salesforce project. I asked the manager to release me as my skill set is not matching and I've been struggling for the past 1 year due to a skill mismatch. She escalated the issue to RMG head ESU-ERU.
But she replied "Unable to de-tag in the system, since the associate is RGS confirmed"
What should be my next approach? I've to get released at any cost.
