I’m B school campus hired joined on 26th july 2024, not in project since then. I completed my training and joined ITP (internal talent pool) on 22nd October 2024. Since that very date i was eligible to grab Microsoft dynamics 365 operations functional consultant roles. As i was trained in that technology. Im level 10. But all project calls ask for experience in technology at my level, i dont have experience in this technology. Although i do have 3 years of SCM operations experience. Wanted to know should i be worried? As I’m highly enthusiastic to work but not getting any projects. Is this technology is hot or not? What should i do?
