Please Help My Fellow Devs and PM
What do you expect from a 4 yoe full stack web developer. I know that tech stack is not specific but would like to know if i am lacking something considering my experience.

At 4 years, you should be moving from "writing code" to "owning the product." Here is what's expected:
Architecture: Designing systems that actually scale without breaking.
Mentorship: Leading code reviews and helping juniors get unstuck.
Product Mindset: Understanding the "why" to help your PM make better decisions.
End-to-End Delivery: Handling the whole flow from database to deployment.
Mastering this is how you start landing serious deals. For example, I’ve seen freelancers close $40k contracts for a single fitness app because they delivered a complete, polished solution instead of just billing for hours.

Thanks a lot for the response. This is what i was looking for
