Please help me with this query
Hi all, I've received my offer letter from TCS and they have mentioned my joining date in it as Jun 23 and offer is valid upto 120 days. However I couldn't be able to join TCS on the mentioned date, tried talking to hr regarding the same and asked him to postpone it by one month. Hr said that joining date will automatically be postponed if i don't join on mentioned date and it'll keep on postponing until they manually withdraw my candidature.How true is this? Will they revoke my offer after jun 23rd?
Please get the statement of HR in writing over an email officially. Unless and until you’ve an official communication don’t believe in anything they say.
However, this is true that if you don’t join the company within 120 days of receiving the offer even after accepting it, then the system withdraws your offer letter coz that’s how it’s configured.
Curious to know what’s your offered CTC, YOE and the exact job role for which you’ve been hired.
If I get the confirmation from them to postponing the joining date, will system still withdraw my offer even after 120 days?
I have 3.3 yrs of experience, they offered me 11.5 CTC
