Hey, I have three offers:

Capgemini (Bangalore) – ₹14.5 LPA (Java Backend)

Global Logic (Gurgaon) – ₹16.66 LPA Fixed (Java Backend)

Ericsson (Noida) – ₹16 LPA Fixed + ₹80K Variable (Automation Engineer, no Spring Boot/Microservices)

Considering my background in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, Ericsson's role doesn’t fully align with my experience. Which one do you think would be the best choice for me?
