"I'm facing a challenge with my current work arrangement. My manager has requested that I come to the office 5 days a week due to my client-facing role. However, my home situation doesn't permit me to commute daily. Currently, I'm not assigned to any project. Given this situation, I'm considering resignation. If I decide to resign, I'm wondering if the company would allow me to serve the full 3-month notice period or release me sooner, within a month. Serving the full 3 months would provide me with significant financial support, so I'd like to understand the company's likely approach to this situation."

However, they are also giving me a project with a condition that I need to come to the office.

Terms of employment are 3 months notice or 3 months salary from either party. So no one can steal your right to serve 3 months notice unless they are paying you equivalent amount
