Please help me understand these organizations better for SAP domain

Holding below offers -

Infosys (18 LPA which includes 15% VP) LTIMindtree (18.2 LPA with includes 10% VP) Sopra Steria (17 LPA which is full fixed)

Infosys is very very far from my home. 3 hours travel would be hell. I am not sure about the projects at Sopra Steria. And i was more inclined towards LTIM as it is near to my home . However hearing nothing but negative reviews about LTIM all over Glassdoor.

So please help by sharing your experiences if you have worked in any of these organizations.

I am so confused. I am not getting anymore calls, so ultimately would have to choose from these three.

My main goal is availability of good projects and travel with decent WLB.

LTImindtree - hike delays for the last 3 years , and no arrears, promotions and awards are only given to people in the circle, HR's here are useless, only good thing is hybrid working 2 days a week

Hmm looks like not a good choice even if they are paying more

You'll basically cover the difference and get more with a hike in the other two orgs , here it will delayed and avg hike is 3-5 %
