Please help me understand tcs policy

Hi all, if I accept TCS offer and Complete the BGV process and I decided to not join TCS. Does this make me in eligible to join TCS in future?? Will they blacklist me forever if I don’t join post accepting and completing BGV

Till a few years back, if offer letter was generated and not joined, then it would lead to blacklisting. Not sure about the latest policy.

As long as you are not assigned an employee id, you can rejoin
