Please help me understand if my salary is good or not

Hi All. I need to know how good my current ctc is. I'm into plm domain , product life cycle management. I'm currently working for a product based company as a technical lead My total ctc is around 30lpa . 19lpa is base and around 13 lpa , I get as stocks. Is it good or I.need to consider only base salary?
