Deloitte • CTC all fixed (inclusive of pf and gratuity deductions) + 50k joining bonus + 0-10% bonus • service based, big4 • Java-angular consultant role • Most likely 5 days office
The CTC and location is same in both. Please give me insights based on the environment and work. I am currently in a small serviced based company and the work culture is toxic af but the work was decent. So I am definitely looking for a better environment and work, also something which will help me positively in my career path in future. Any advice is appreciated.

If it's Airtel africa, do not join there. It's may be you will feel more toxicity here. I am working here and leaving just in 3 months because people are very worst here. No support, no solutions of the problems. You need to fight with your colleague even. Fake people, no good policies in the organisation. My suggestion is go with Deloitte. it will be much better that Airtel. my friends are working there for long time. And it will help in your career.
