Please help me out here🥹

From last month im in search for projects. Im getting selected in multiple projects in Initial evaluation. They say your selected , send out mails ,also lock my Id in TMP. After few days later they are telling client is delaying the onboarding, some say client dint return back, some dont even respond to my mails. What is seriously happening ?

Im literally fed up going behind RMG’s and these project people. Please help me to understand this difficult situation and also let me know how to proceed with project calls hereafter. My deployment index is 0. I need to get project in another 2-3 days.
