Please help me in understanding the workculture in Globallogic, job security and hikes and also chose Deloitte vs GlobalLogic

I am currently working as a consultant with a compensation of approximately 12.4 lakhs, including a 10% variable component. I’ve received an offer for a fixed salary of 16 LPA to join GlobalLogic as a Boomi Developer. Could you please advise if this is a good opportunity, taking into account the concerns I’ve raised?
