Trending @Cognizant; Please help me get out of this panic situation

Hi All, I have resigned from cognizant having 3.3 years of experience. I joined cognizant as fresher. I have completed 1 yr as PAT, 1 yr as PA and 1.3 yrs as Associate. I was working in the support project in the java domain and got released. Please help me like how to switch company and in which profile?
