My friend is currently working there, managers are very controlling, strict timings, no straight career path, might need to switch domain/expertise based on the availability of projects

Did you know anyone who works here ? And what is the review on the company.. Do we have job security? I have given interview for project directly, what if we don’t like the project once joins in Coforge ?

I worked in Valuelabs, there is joke or reality going on floor, if you are working in valuelabs, and you are giving interview to other company, they will not ask about handling pressure in work as they assume that you are good in it.
Is it good to join in value labs or not ?
