Please help me choose better decision

Hi Everyone, i have recently got offer from thouc and infosys as supply chain consultant. Both companies are offer me almost same CTC.

1 Thouc is not as established as Infosys, they have good supply chain practice but they are offering permanent work from home option. 2 While Infosys is having hybrid work mode policy. Infosys is obviously a larger establishment.

Please put down your thoughts and help me out to choose better decision. Thanks in advance.
