Please help me ASAP

I am unallocated and my nearest location is Okaya but the RMG is forcing me to report to PTI Building New Delhi everyday which is around 2 hrs from my location. What should I do? The RMG is not responding also.

Also, if I am unallocated and put down papers will I still have to report to office everyday?
