Trending @Wipro; Please help me

I received a call from HR asking me to resign, but I have not received any official communication via email and he's not disclosing this in a teams chat. If I do not initiate the resignation, could they terminate my employment? Additionally, would they provide three months of salary in this case? How to negotiate?? Can anyone please advise me on this situation?

in my view ,they are indirectly forcing you to resign , tell them directly that i need official communication via mail, because there is a morale where employer cant force employees to resign until employee agrreing to resign or they have strong evidence that shows some mistake from your end so that they can terminate you from employment!!! and more precisely i dont see your employmemt is safe so better to have a job outside , so no bargaing work for employment here in ur situation !!! so moral of the story is always read policy document of the company where you are joining as an employee , because now a days we see both employers and employees are fraudulent whenever they have an advantage
