Trending @Accenture; Please help me !!!
Hey guys, I'm currently serving NP in accenture and my last working day is March 14th. Eventhough, I'm serving NP , My onsite lead is more providing more pressure and my offshore lead is saying that I'm doing works just for name sake ( which I'm not doing ) .So, there might be a scenario where they can stop my salary.. I'm getting so frustrated.. Whatever I do it's not enough.. Can you guys help me with next steps ? Can I check with HR for early release or something ?

They can't do anything.. It's just Indian manager trait to extract everything from you... And it's your duty to give them everything.. Just pretend that you are doing all the things.. Give them regular updates of whatever you are doing..

First of all don't be worried, I am not sure whether anyone can hold your salary but it's better not to get pressured by these persons, once they know you are under pressure then they will keep you pressured.
Second as your offshore lead says you are doing bare minimum work then I say start doing bare minimum only or else you won't be able to give any further interviews due to a lot of work pressure.
Third talk to HR and see what she says if they agree for early release then it's good else tell hr what you are going through and ask them how much it will impact on salary but most of the HRs in Accenture won't reply easily so you have to chase them.
Good luck

Okay thank you.. I'm just so tired and frustated

Best way to face these people is to argue with politeness putting your points. For the abuse please contact HR in writing (Email). Always keeping silence and just doing for the sake of proving yourself will lead to nowhere and now you even don’t have anything to loose.
They can't do anything, just ignore them
Just relax—head to the office and spend time with your colleagues. If they withhold your salary, take legal action against your manager and Accenture. There's a good chance you'll receive a significant settlement. To strengthen your case, include claims of mental harassment. For extra leverage, consider reaching out to the media to escalate the situation.
But how does anyone reach out to the media ? And which news channel will be interested in such a story ?

No one can stop your salary. Document everything, if possible record their conversation. I doubt your manager will give early release so try to document your conversations. Don't lose your patience in NP
