Please help - LTI Mindtree shift confirmation for HR discussion

Recently I had an HR discussion for LTI Mindtree. HR asked me whether I am comfortable with night shift and rotational shifts to which I declined as I’m not comfortable. Now, they are saying they won’t release the offer and drop my application if I’m not fine with shifts. I asked them to allocate me in projects which have general shift but they refused to do so.

Can someone please let me know if there is any such shift policy at LTI Mindtree because they will not release the offer until I give shift confirmation. I want to work in general shift only.
