Please help, I feel lost

Hi, I am currently working at Wipro. I handle the payroll and accounting for few global regions. I have been working at Wipro for the past three years. I am looking for a job change from the past few months because of the slow growth, salary hikes and learning. I have been applying for jobs and I keep getting rejected after submitting my application/ during the interview process or after attending the final round of the interview, one of the few reasons is my notice period at Wipro.

I feel lost and that I haven't accomplished anything in life because of the career track I have been in and the rejections that I am facing. I have completed my BBA and then pursued post graduate diploma in management in distance mode. I also feel guilty that I haven't studied MBA from a B-school in regular mode. I have always been a very studious student and hard working most of my life. And this slow growth is causing me a lot of pain.

I am confused if I haven't been able to crack interviews because of the notice period or because of the type of process I have been in. I have also been thinking on pursuing an MBA. I am 24 now and I don't know which path would be right for me. I don't know what direction to take. Should I put down papers at Wipro and start looking for new jobs or should I go for an MBA? Should I pursue an MBA in a B-school provided that I have completed PGDM? What is the best approach to find/crack a job if this is the best approach?

Please help, any suggestions would be of great help.

Thank you in advance.

Even with an Mba from any decent college would put your earnings nearly on par or slightly better than your current role. Only Mba from top 10 would be worth a shot. But with current market conditions, it's a tough call. Although individual opinions would be different

Hi, understood. Could you suggest what would be the best option considering the current market conditions?

I would suggest you work with Wipro and prepare for the CAT exam. If the job becomes hectic and you have a good financial background, then quit and prepare for CAT.
