Please help! How to know if my BGC documents are already avaiyin system ?

I have been recently allocated to mew project. As a part of onboarding, they are collecting BGC detail which includes all previous experiences. Its been more than 10 years, I have joined TCS and now they are asking me to provide detail about detail of HR and supervisors in all previous employments along with phone no. How can i get that at this point? And I remember submitting my BGC in system at time of joining
