How to switch internally from one project to other project , i know i am critical resource for my project so manager will not roll off easily, can someone please suggest how to switch internally from one project to other or change complete domain.
Even I've been trying to switch projects for a year. Gave and cracked the interview too, but my L7 & L8 won't let me leave. They're showing me that they don't mind leaving me and will help me find another deal as well, but behind my back, it's all politics! Management at Accenture sucks!!
Performance Assessment Discussion is a good place to talk about these topics. You can even reach out to DU leads if you really want to change projects but use this option carefully. A nuclear option would be to resign, here as a part of retention policy you may get a hike and desired role but only if you are a critical resource.But don't try this without any offer in hand
I don’t think any manager rolloff you if you are critical resource… I have very good bonding with manager thats a reason .. He directly said No for rolloff … even he no I am wasting my knowledge in this support project
