Please Help/Guide

I am Working as Mobile App developer (Android developer from last 4 Years and React Native developer from last 2 years). Now i am very confused right now where I am working in have no respect no value even no Increment . Actually where i am Working my boss don't like from beginning he don't Acknowledge me or don't give me responsibility of work and favourisim no Increment. Now tell me what should I do and I also cannot move to Delhi Banglore due to family issues and now AI comes i think that IT IS not for me I am stuck in always worked hard in my company but don't get much respect and money at all I am at 5 Lakh pet annum which is also not sure how long . Now I am thinking of starting some small business or shift to another Domain whatsoever please help IT CAN CHANGE MY LIFE
