Please help! Credit card suggestion

Hello folks! If most of my spending is on online shopping, gpay bill payments, swiggy which credit card would be the best? I'd ideally want a Lifetime free one. Ps. I don't earn much(if that matters) and this will be my first credit card. I have done a bit of research but it's quite confusing.

I use amazon pay icici, 5% cashback with prime and normally 1% cashback on other expenses. LTF too.
