Trending @Accenture; Please help

Hi All, Accenture hired me in mid August on the name of the development project but when I got onboarded on the client side I am doing everything from documentation to testing to some arbitrary work but not development. All the work on the internal tools which is of no use in the outside market. I tried asking them for the release but they said they can't do it before 1 year. So currently I am confused whether to resign or stay because it's just been 3 months in organisation. In the offer letter it's not mentioned anywhere about the probation period so I am confused if I resign will I have 30 days notice period or 90 days. If anyone have any idea please help in comments.

In Accenture, you are in the probation period for 6-12 months after joining the firm. If you are in a probation period then you have to serve only 30 days of notice period but if your probation period has already ended then in that case you have to serve a 3 months of notice period. Also check your email(outlook) regarding this. They send an email ( Manager/ TL) to you stating that your probation period is end.

Resign. It is the best time. You will be stuck with 90days notice period after 6months

I think this is happening with many people in Accenture..even though I know few people being deployed for different roles although their role and responsibilities don't match with the current profile some kind of shit is happening here .
