🚨Please help- suggest

Currently i am working at ey staff 3 with 8.5 Ipa in wth mode department of teach consulting with continuing 3.10 year of experience in ey (was joined as fresher) Got offer from Deloitte usi hydrabad of 13.5 Ipa in PMO ROLE (Senior Analyst) were i need to relocate to hydrabad (2 day wo & 3 days wth) Shall i switch to Deloitte??? Note: have done MBA but still not getting growth because of lack of projects since i joined
