Please Hear me out

I am sole earning member of my family and supporting my sibiling's education as well. I'm looking to switch, I feel I am underpaid. I got promotion but my salary is less than most of the folks on my band, feels like they just gave me higher designation. I feel lost I don't know how it'll impact in long run.

I have potential to adapt with whatever task is assigned to me, I try to give 100%. I have potential to get it done.

By far I created assets for my company, mentored 50+ juniors, worked on multiple projects, continuous upskilled myself. I am still earning in six digit.

I have 3.5 years of experience as, Business Analyst, Consultant, Developer, Project manager and as a tester. By far I have worked in 5 projects for 5 different roles. I am in top performer and have great visibility among management but they still don't give good hikes whereas lateral entries are treated better even though they have same experience.
