Please Guide on this Big decision

Hey folks,

I am very much confused right now on my switch so need everyone's opinions and some decisions.

Currently I am working with Deloitte and have put down my papers amd 2 months are remaining for my LWD. I am very much confused about the switch as it is a important year for my life as I am getting married this year.

So I am confused as it is the right amount which I am getting from another company or should I look for other startup company to switch as MNC are not even matching the budget. Details are :-

Current Company - Deloitte USI Tech - Salesforce YOE - 5.5 Time in Deloitte - Almost 2 Years Current CTC- 17 (15.5+1.5)

Offer from Siemens Energy ⚡ CTC Offer - 24 (22+2)

I am confused as while I notice the Inhand salary for the new org it is not impacting much just 20k around only as a good part is going on tax.

What should I do? -Should I take another offer from Startup and try to negotiate with Siemens -If Siemens didn't agreed so should i Join startup with much salary or stay with Siemens -Should I take back my resignation amd work with Deloitte only.

Please please guide me on this. Every suggestion means alot.
