Hello everyone I'm a fresher and I'm from the WILP background it's been 7 months since I have been in wipro currently Bangalore location I'm in a project for 7 months and my bilability is extended till dec25 but I'm not in any team my manager told me that I will be the backup resource what should I do should I take release from the project and took transfer to my preferred location GNDC because I'm from Delhi or should I wait in the project help

Take the transfer to GNDC immediately. Staying in a project without a team is a waste of time. Your manager is just stringing you along. Better to be in a location you prefer and closer to home.
