Please give an idea about hike percentage

A band B band C band

Can you please tell what's the percentage of hike for above bands?

At Infosys if you receive ME which is 3rd level of rating from top just like C band, you'll get min 6% so want to know how much hike percentage these bands give in TCS?

That's very very low bro. In Infosys you get like C band they'll give 4-7% for that, if you get some A kinda rating you'll get 11-16%

I think This year A,B,C will not get hike only people with D band will get a revised compensation later with 10% decrement
