Please drop your suggestions!

I was in XYZ project for about 3 months, then i got a serious medical condition that put me into complete bed rest. I had shared all the relevant documents to HR and manager. Now i have been released from the project and they suspended my tcs account (no access to ultimatix, outlook, teams). Please suggest me what to do. Your valuable response will be appreciated.
