Please clear my confusion

As a unger grad cse student but I got placed for hr recruiter role is it okay to accept role or should I reject the option they selected me because of my communication skills and I am week at coding the hr team member suggested me to do MBA parallel with job so say me your opinion,s on what I should do. Actually I said I am week at coding so this option is not bad option .But i nees to work as intern for a year with stipend of 8k, Financial that's okay but 1 year right there i am worried.

Bad idea. Tier3 MBA guys get paid peanuts. Either you join as a coder, or go for other job opportunities like Govt Job etc. This is a trap, don’t go for it.

And btw, even if you are not a good coder, there are many average level jobs available. For ex, QA and SRE roles don’t require that heavy coding skills.
