I'm serving notice and LWD is June 13. May I know if I would get variable pay like I used in previous cycles or would management significantly reduce variable pay since I'm leaving? I know I am eligible to receive vp but concerned if they would reduce pay

They will be giving reduced VP since you're leaving now. Depends on your bond and the way you've worked in the last 6-9 months will they be considering how much they will reduce.

Yah I've heard similar stuff but I work well and bond with my people lead is good..infact I'm being made to work 2x in np
Should probably relax knowing the reality
