I was in another project from Mar 2025 to Nov 2025 - got 4.6 rating

And in another project, Nov 2025 to Feb 2026 - got 3.3 rating

What band should I get after Mar 2026 ???

How band be evaluated??

I am worried as I recently got 3.3 rating,and if I got C my digital incentive will be paused

You must discuss this immediately with the current account team not to reward you with C as that would impact your elevate component. They shall consider that. Because a high talent resource, if rewarded with C, the current account team must have strong justification for the same.

normal previous project give lower, and currebt give good ipf

yea discuss wiht current mananger, such steep fall from 4.6 to 3.3 doesnt mKe sense until you did something or didnt do anything at all during this new project
