Please anyone can help me why they are doing this to me

I got my ratings recently. I am a trainee and this is my first company. I applied for release a few months back as my interest aligns with some other technologies like that. They didn't say anything back then. Now all of a sudden they started telling me they can't keep me in this project and they gave me a few other options as well. I said no to all those things. Later they discussed with HR about my release. Then HR came to me and told me she can't release me. Now they contacted RMG without prior notice to HR. And they told me to meet RMG. I met RMG and they said the same thing as HR said they can't release me. Go back to the same project. Initially to HR they said I am not interested in that project they looped my mail it seems wit them. After that to RMG they started telling them that I am having a performance issue. So now what I did is I agreed to the options they gave me. But initially they told me whichever option they give me I have to agree. After I agreed to the option they gave me now they are saying you have a performance issue we can't take you, go back to RMG or else we will put you in an enhancement program training if I don't perform well they will terminate me. I said ok to that as well. But when I went and asked whether they would map me to that team I will do my best to learn and work. They are not mapping me to any team saying the performance issue again. And they are not able to release me. So in conclusion they started this release or other option thing I said yes to release. But as they can't release me even after I agreed to the option they gave me they are saying they can't give me any of those roles. They are forcing me to go to RMG. I am already tired as they won't release me.They are making me scapegoat and these people are behaving rudely with me as well. What should I do?
