I have joined in Accenture as ASE(L12) on 3rd April 2023 , 2yrs was completed Will I get promotion in June? If yes what will be the hike percentage and when I will be promoted to L11 ? If you have any idea on this please respond I didn't get any update from my manager regarding promotion till now.

You will get unhand 40k. Just talk to your manager about this that i have completed 2 years and will my promotion be considered. And it will be i guess!!! Else drop papers . No need to stay in this hell

Yes you must get it and around 35-40%

Eligibility for promotion is 3 years usually accenture follows.Even I got promotion just one in 6 years
But I am sure about the current situation.
