Can we get a promotion in 1 year in HCL if our performance is good
Next month, I will complete 1 year ???
No promotions until and unless you put down your papers. Keep one more offer from outside, try to put down your papers. At last month of notice period these guys will come into discussion if they really needs you and at that time you can ask them for promotion and hike if you really wants to stay in HCL.
Nope it will take minimum 2 years atleast.
Do only that much work as per your salary no need to do overtime and extra and put more efforts till the time you are not getting good amount of money spend time in upskilling and switch
Forget about that man every company want to maximize their profit and hcl always wants to earn more profit and give nothing to employees
