Please advise on my portfolio returns

I have been investing from last 3 years . My overall portfolio contains 3 major parts 50% is invested in mutual funds and share market 30% is in gold 20% is in FD Over 3 years of my investing journey I am able to get only 10% XIRR 🥲 Please advice how I can get more returns because even in this bull run market and all I am still getting this much low
