Please advise, Getting many calls but after saying 90 days notice HR says will get back to you....How to Handle this situation?

LIE, simple as that bhai. Always work, tell them 1 month notice period and once they release offer, try negotiation with tcs for early release, hopefully they do if u have good convincing skills.

If not, use the offer to interview other companies and leverage offer in hand, min 20% hike than previous offer guaranteed.

FYI - I might seem like a bad guy giving wrong suggestions, but trust me in this era where companies say employees are family but kill their family members (layoffs), and fire them with unnecessary policies it's better to be clever and give the same taste back to the companies
